Gamer's Galaxy Return/Warranty Info
Software return policy
UNOPENED software may be returned within 30 days (receipt required). OPENED software may only be returned if defective. Gamer’s Galaxy cannot guarantee system compatibility. OEM software such as operating systems are not returnable.
Hardware return policy
Returns accepted with sales receipt within 7 days from date of purchase.
All hardware returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must have
drivers, original packaging and manuals! There are no returns on special
order or damaged items.
Manufacturer warranties on specific hardware items vary, but Gamer’s Galaxy warrants parts for 30 days. Components may need to be tested before refunds/replacements can be issued, and a testing fee may apply. After 30 days, Gamer’s Galaxy will return defective parts for a cost of $15 up to 9 months from the date of purchase. Original sales receipt is required. Expected turn-around times to receive parts back from the manufacturer may be as long as 60 days. No refunds if the manufacturer rejects the product for any reason.
CPU Warranty is 30 days.
Motherboards are not returnable, but will be replaced if found defective during testing. A service charge will apply if the board is not defective.
Full systems sold by Gamer’s Galaxy carry a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
All warranties cover only normal wear/tear. Broken parts, electrical burns or system overclocking will void your warranty.

Do you fix computers?
In addition to computer software and parts, we also do repair, service
and upgrades on computers.
What are your labor rates?
Our labor rate is $25 per hour ($15 minimum charge)
What do I do if I need my computer repaired?
If you require repair or maintenence on you PC, you should bring in
the tower and any software that came with it. It's not necessary to bring
in the monitor, keyboard, mouse or power cords. If system is under warranty,
bring in your sales reciept. Valid Windows operating system disk and license
may be required in cases where reinstall is needed. Gamers Galaxy cannot
be responsible for customer data, and customers should always keep backups
of crucial data.

I bought a PC game from you and can't get it to run on my computer,
now what?
1) Check to make sure your PC hardware/software meets or exceeds the
listed minimum requirements. For most newer games, pay attention to the
type of video card required
2) Game Boxes usually list the manufacturers website, which will have
FAQ's and troubleshooting info. Contact the game manufacturer support.
3) A simple google search may answer troubleshooting questions or info
on any required patches
4) If you still cannot get a game running, you are welcome to drop
it off, we can test it on one of our systems. If the game is found to be
not defective, there may be a small charge for this service.
I bought a piece of hardware from you, and can't get it working,
now what?
If you purchase a part or parts from Gamers Galaxy, we can install
the parts for you. Standard tech rates apply. If you are installing the
parts yourself and have questions, please feel free to contact us (email

We will be happy to answer general questions, but cannot provide detailed
installation and troubleshooting information.
